What Is Worry-Free Delivery?
Worry-Free Delivery is optional shipping protection you can add at checkout for a small fee based on your order value. It protects your order against shipping delays, loss, damage in transit, and theft after delivery.

Is Worry-Free Delivery Refundable?
Worry-Free Delivery is non-refundable, with one exception: if you cancel your order before it has been fulfilled and shipped, the Worry-Free Delivery charge will be refunded along with your order total.
Once your order has shipped, the Worry-Free Delivery charge is non-refundable regardless of whether you return the product.
How to File a Claim
If your order was lost, stolen, or arrived damaged, you can submit a claim directly through our claims portal:

You'll need your order number to get started. Claims are reviewed promptly and resolved with either a replacement or refund.
