Tracking Your Order/Shipment
You can track your order by going to https://cleolight.com/apps/trackorder
Once you're on the page you may track your order with your email address and order number OR with your tracking number.
The flow of shipment typically goes like this:
1. Label is created for the carrier to pick up the package.
2. Carrier picks up package

Carrier transports to your city via ground or air

Carrier or last mile delivery carrier delivers your package to your doorstep.
Exception
If you're seeing an EXCEPTION status on your tracking it could be a few things. Reach out and we'd be happy to look into it and assist you. This may require some cooperation on your part to reach out to the carrier.
Package Says Delivered But Isn't Here
The first thing to do is always check with your local carrier to see if they still have it. We have seen instances where it shows as delivered but isn't delivered till a day or two later strangely. Sometimes a neighbor may have it as well. If all else fails, reach out and we will see what we can do for you.
