Charging Your Cleolight Mask

Your Cleolight Mask is two separate units, a face mask and a neck mask. Each one charges separately.

What You'll Need#

• The provided USB-C cable
• A USB wall adapter rated 5V 1A or higher (any standard phone charger works)

We recommend plugging into a wall outlet, not a laptop or portable battery, for the most reliable charge.

How to Charge#

1. Plug the USB-C cable into the face mask or neck mask and connect the other end to a wall adapter.
2. Leave it undisturbed while it charges.
3. Wait for a solid, non-blinking light. That means the unit is fully charged.
4. Unplug before use.
5. Repeat for the other unit if you're using both.

Important Rules#

• ❌ Do not use the mask while it is plugged in. Charge fully, unplug, then power on.
• ✅ Charge each unit separately. A charged face mask does not charge the neck mask.
• ✅ Charge from a wall outlet for best results.
