Getting the Right Fit

Your Cleolight Mask is two separate units, a face mask and a neck mask. Each one has its own Velcro adjustable strap, so adjust them separately.

Face Mask#

1. Put the face mask on with the built-in eye protection over your eyes.
2. Open the Velcro, pull the strap until the mask sits comfortably against your face with the LEDs close to your skin, and press the Velcro closed.
3. Re-adjust as needed until the fit feels secure but not tight.

Neck Mask#

1. Place the neck mask around your neck.
2. Open the Velcro, adjust the strap until it rests comfortably against your neck, and press it closed.
3. It should feel secure without pressing or restricting movement.

You can wear the face mask and neck mask together or on their own.

Tips for a Comfortable Fit#

• Snug, not tight. You shouldn't feel pressure on your temples, forehead, or throat.
• Close contact helps. If there are large gaps between the mask and your skin, tighten the strap slightly.
• Sitting or lying down both work. Many customers prefer lying back during their session.

Still Doesn't Fit?#

If you've adjusted the strap fully and the face mask or neck mask still doesn't fit comfortably, contact us at queen@cleolight.com and let us know which unit. We want to make sure you can use your mask and will work with you to find a solution.
