Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes — Cleolight ships worldwide. You can order from anywhere on the globe directly at cleolight.com.


Voltage & Power Compatibility

The Cleolight™ LED Mask uses a USB-C cable for charging and is compatible with both 100V and 220V power — meaning it works in every country without any special converter.

We include a USB-C cable with every order. You simply plug it into your own wall adapter (any standard phone charger works). If your country uses a different plug shape, you'll just need a plug adapter for your wall charger — these are inexpensive and widely available.

Customs, Taxes & VAT

We handle international customs documentation on our end, including IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) information for deliveries into the EU and UK. This helps ensure smooth delivery and reduces the likelihood of customs delays.

Depending on your country, local customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control. We are unable to predict or quote exact duty amounts for every destination.


How Long Does International Shipping Take?

Can I Call Your 800 Number From Outside the US?
