Voltage & Power Compatibility
The Cleolight™ LED Mask uses a USB-C cable for charging and is compatible with both 100V and 220V power — meaning it works in every country without any special converter.
We include a USB-C cable with every order. You simply plug it into your own wall adapter (any standard phone charger works). If your country uses a different plug shape, you'll just need a plug adapter for your wall charger — these are inexpensive and widely available.

Customs, Taxes & VAT
We handle all taxation and VAT for you, including IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) information for deliveries into the EU and UK, so you don't have to worry about it.
How Long Does International Shipping Take?
UK orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after shipping. Delivery times to other countries vary by destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, and you can check your shipment status anytime at track.cleolight.com.
